SKIN CARE / NATURAL HOME REMEDIES / FOR BETTER SKIN / AND COMPLEXION....

Well I'm trying new things to improve skin health since I've developed a lot of bad habits... Like Drinking in suspended animation, long term meditation, smoking, wearing to many layers, lack of exercise... Even lack of nutrition...
So here's a list of things you can do to improve skin health...

1. Cold baths and showers
2. Salt baths (including Himalayan pink salt, Sea Salt, Epson Salt)
3. Vitamin E & C Skin Creams
4. Exfoliating cremes, including Sand, or scrubs
5. Homemade pastes (exp. Avocado, egg, banana, yogurt, Olive oil, vinegar, lemon or lime juice...) Smoothed on hair and skin for 20 mins.
6. Vitamin supplements 
7. Moderate Sun Exposure....
